This is the fourth complaint filed against BMO. I have attempted to follow all of XXXX XXXX instructions to attempt to make a payment on my lease. I mailed a check to the address provided with the account number on the check. It was returned by BMO with a letter statingUnable to Locate Account. I returned back to the bank that confirmed I can not make a payment in a branch and that it needs to be mailed. The branch attempted to find the account number like XXXX XXXX instructed in his last response. The branch was unable to do so. XXXX XXXX the branch manger could also not locate an account for me, reached out to XXXX XXXX who then instructed her to get me to return with cash or a cashier check and enter in as a GL. They would then email XXXX XXXX who would update the account. This seems very unethical as to this day XX/XX/2023 nobody is able to give me any transaction history of any payment made or give me a copy of my lease agreement. I am now two months behind in payment that I have attempted in every way to pay. I have asked XXXX XXXX for this information to be provided to me in writing. They will not do so and nobody seems to be making any effort to resolve this issue other than me.
