Ally financial sent my account to a third party to collect. I settled with the third party and made my payments. I reached out to Ally financial to update the amount shown on credit report to reflect negative balance. They refuse to talk to me and send me to third party. The third party said they have sent them the information to show I paid but they refuse to update the information on the credit report.
