A collection for {$13000.00} was reported to my Credit on XX/XX/XXXX that does not belong to me. I contacted the agency to left them know that they need to remove this from my credit profile because this debt does not belong to me and the representative proceeded to tell me that I owed the debt. I informed them that I have never signed any agreements with the company or them and they that are wrongfully reporting on my credit. They have not mailed any proof nor have they removed the information, however they tried to settle the debt with me. I am uploading the lease agreement for said debt and no where on this lease am I listed because the lease does not belong to me or any business that I own
