I've been trying to find information on Experian 's website where I could freeze and unfreeze my credit report. They make it impossible to find this information. And they don't have any kind of customer service - only an automated unhelpful call-tree system that doesn't provide this info. And they keep trying to sell you their XXXX XXXX XXXX- which of course costs money. XXXX Experian is hiding information to the free credit report freeze/unfreeze service ( which they are obligated to provide )- and trying to sell their paid services to unsuspecting consumers - as if that's the only way they can freeze their credit file. The other 2 credit bureaus, XXXX and XXXX make it simple and easy to find this info as soon as you login. I hope CFPB will look into this matter and hold Experian accountable for the damage they've already done to untold number of consumers.
