My account was hacked someone used my card and I did disputes the disputes came back into my account and the investigation is XXXX XXXX and I was awarded provisional credits, they suspended my account for no reason said it was a security risk they can no longer offer me services and they have all of my money they said they can hold my money up too 180 days it's my daughters money also we both got from the government. There not letting me add a bank account too withdraw it.they deleted my cards, I told them they can't close my account because they have our money. They said case was closed no correspondence was needed after emails.its venmo money services and Noone will help me direct me too a supervisor when asked several times I was denied amd the only people I can talk too is an account Specialist. This is ridiculous. I've contacted irs, XXXX, lawyers, I want my money amd my XXXX money.
