It has become clear that XXXX has disclosed my nonpublic personal information ( as defined at 16 CFR 313.3 ( k ) ( 2 ) Personally identifiable financial information includes : ( B ) " Account balance information, payment history, overdraft history, and credit or debit card purchase information '' ) to at least three nonaffiliated third parties, XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. Per 15 USC 1681 ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ) and 15 USC 6801 ( Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ), as a federally protected consumer, by law financial institutions are required per 16 CFR 313.7 ( a ) ( 1 ) to provide a clear and conspicuous notice to each of your consumers that accurately explains the right to opt out under that section. The notice must state a reasonable means by which the consumer may exercise the opt out right. XXXX has never given me a reasonable means of opting out of disclosure of my nonpublic personal information, as required by federal law. I have OPTED OUT on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX of any and all authorization that I may have given XXXX to disclose any of my personally identifiable financial information, whether such authorization was written, unwritten, verbal, non-verbal, implied, or assumed. I have recorded over 127 violations of my privacy regarding my accounts with XXXX since XXXX. Pursuant to 16 CFR 313.10 Limits on disclosure of non-public personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. ( c ) Partial opt out. Financial Institutions may allow a consumer to select certain nonpublic personal information or certain nonaffiliated third parties with respect to which the consumer wishes to opt out. Following were the terms of my PARTIAL OPT OUT : 1. I do not authorize you disclose account balance amounts. 2. I do not authorize you to disclose account payment amounts. 3. I do not authorize you to disclose instalment amounts or terms. 4. I do not authorize you to disclose credit limits. 5. I do not authorize you to disclose credit purchases. 6.
