XX/XX/XXXX we planned a trip with XXXX in Florida. Charged on my AAA comenity card. I have had this card for almost 40 years and always pay it off in full every month. In XXXX we were notified the business was not in business. 3 other people going with us got their money back immediately when they notified their credit card companies. I called AAA and they said since I paid it off I couldn't get my money back and suggested I call the company. I called the number the AAA rep gave me, they said they did not receive money and we were not booked. AAA has refused to refund my money, told me not to pay my bill until this was cleared up and then charged me interest. AAA did not contact the company they paid. I have sent multiple letters to AAA asking for help and explaining I feel penalized for paying in full every month and asking for who they paid. The charges were XX/XX/XXXX for {$2700.00} and XX/XX/XXXX for {$5400.00}.
