XX/XX/year>, I clicked this ad that claimed they were selling Bullet proof vests. The company seller had a different name on the ad. I made 2 orders. One was for {$58.00}. The other was {$80.00}. I waited. I ordered through PayPal. There were some red flags. No clear seller identity. No contact. Plus, they added unauthorized tips to the order. On my PayPal history the company was called XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I complained to PayPal. XX/XX/year>. I ordered a hot-spot Wi-Fi router from an ad. It turned out this was the same company, but it didn't give me that information when I ordered. The total was {$47.00}. XX/XX/year> I ordered some one way mirror tint from an ad. I ordered 2 from an ad. It was 2. They came to {$24.00} a piece for a total of {$58.00}. It ended up being from the same company- XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I'm starting to think something is up, because in the mean time, I hadn't received the first items I ordered which were the bullet proof Vests from this company. XX/XX/year>, I ordered a mini wireless camera. It ended up being the same company. It was supposed to be 2 for {$39.00}. The total came to {$52.00} for some reason. So, this company seemed fishy, so I complained to PayPal and sent a dispute about the vests. They are like its from XXXX, give it time. I didn't know it was from XXXX. I don't want it anymore. It's too late. I shouldn't have to wait over a month for any item. It didn't say that. It said 5 to 7 days. So, when I do the dispute PayPal gives this company months to scam because they make you wait for months, hold up your money to allow them to send proof. So, the company sends people emails saying drop the dispute and they will refund, and PayPal says if you drop you can't open it back up, which is XXXX but they hold your money so long. Nobody wants their money held up that long for them to review. The customer service is bad. These people do not protect buyers like they claim. They share all of your information when sellers could be scammers. I warned PayPal they are scammers, but they are ignoring me. There is a total of {$290.00} from this XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is the other scammer. There were 2 charges. One for {$130.00} and one for {$35.00}. XXXX XXXX claimed they sent me my order XX/XX/year>. They did not. Now there are claiming to PayPal they are sending something so PayPal will close my case. I don't even want it. I just want my money back. I told PayPal it is dangerous to allow that. They could send XXXX. I told PayPal to block them from sending me anything. I just want my money. But PayPal is ignoring me and refusing to just close the case and refund my money. They are the money. Some of these orders were from XXXX when they claimed I would get them 5 -7 business days. I shouldn't have to wait that long. And then they will tell me I have to return it back if its a piece of paper or some buttons. I'm not paying to send something back to XXXX. I wouldn't even know where to send it back anyway. They are scammers. They hid the original packing slip. Plus the person you order from is not even the same as when you order. It turns out being them when someone else was listed when ordered. I want PayPal to respect my wishes. I haven't received what I ordered so I don't want it now. Just make this easy and give me my money back. Stop lingering and holding my money. They know PayPal does this. That's why they are doing this so it will get dropped and now my money is stolen and I never receive what I paid for. There was another one for {$690.00}. It was a service from a company called XXXX XXXX. I even sent PayPal the email that said if I drop the case they will give me a full refund. It was something that had a money back guarantee. The person said since I kept the dispute they will fight it, even though I didn't and am not getting anything from them. PayPal still had that one on hold. I was able to dispute that one with my bank. But it shouldn't be this hard. This has caused me a lot of stress. And then they say the investigation will be done in 5 - 7 business days and they prolong it more when I call. I have to call 5 or six times to get a competent rep who will try to help. They hang up because they are giving me a hard time. After that many times, you have lost patience, and they say you are yelling and they will hang up. They are doing things that are not fair and to have access to my money. It seems no one is really running this company. They have no managers watching over the reps. It's bad. Look at the XXXX reviews. I even had a couple of these scammers say I ordered a humidifier. I would not even order a humidifier. PayPal did finally return my money back for that one. It took forever.
