My first bill for local taxes came before XX/XX/year>, and I called RoundPoint mortgage to verify that they had recieved the new bill, and was assured over the phone that it would be taken care of. On XX/XX/XXXX, I recieved a non payment reminder, which I forwarded to RoundPoint Mortgage over email, and recieved an automated reply that they recieved the email. On XX/XX/XXXX, I recieved a late notice, and forwarded that to RoundPoint Mortgage and requested a call back from the company to myself and the tax department. I recieved a call back and was ensured over the phone that it would be paid. On XXXX XXXX I recieved a third notice from the tax claim bureau that the bill still has not been paid, and forwarded that to RoundPoint over email and recieved both a computer response that it was accepted, and a phone call saying again that they would pay the bill. It is currently XX/XX/XXXX and this time I recieved certified letter from the tax bureau saying that the bill is not paid, I forwarding this to them and reporting them to you as well to see if any oversight organization can help me on this matter.
