On XX/XX/XXXX I made a purchase of {$900.00} on the store XXXX XXXX For home computer networking equipment, I later returned this order back to the company in new condition because i changed my mind and wanted to use a different product. After my order was returned back to the company they did not refund me and whenever i would reach out they said they can see the order was delivered back to them and it still needed to be processed. But they did not ever process it. In their email it says Your return will be processed within one week of when we receive it, and a refund will be sent to your credit card once your return has been processed. I contacted my credit card company Capital one on XX/XX/XXXX to start a dispute and gave them the return tracking and conversations i had with the XXXX company. they gave me a temporary credit that they later on XX/XX/XXXX reversed and recharged me the original {$900.00} without any communications and did not ask me for any more info or keep me updated at all in this issue.
