This debt collector Credit Collection Service and there client XXXX XXXX have illegally collected a debt claiming to be charging for insurance allegedly rendered to me. When this collection popped up on my report I was aggravated as I take great care of my credit report so I called them and paid it on the spot. I reviewed my records and realized they are charging me for insurance for a property I had already procured insurance through a different insurance company. Therefore not only did I not owe them the money I paid them, the negative reporting on my credit reports is not fair, accurate, or legal. I have attempted to dispute this with the creditor and the credit bureau and they refuse to even respond to my request for written itemization of this debt, and even worse refuse to acknowledge my disputes.
