On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a purchase from XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$100.00}. **, and I must have hit submit twice because I was charged {$210.00} but the transaction failed to go through due to an address problem. I called Chime Bank Customer Service and was notified there was nothing they could do until the transaction processes. Several days later, I log in to my Chine account and the transaction is not longer listed in my transaction history and my {$210.00} has mysteriously disappeared. I call Chime Customer Service again and after talking to a representative for several minutes I'm told the transaction never happened despite me sending them the screenshot from the vendor showing the failed transaction, a screenshot from the Chine app showing {$210.00} being charged to my account. I ask for a supervisor and the supervisor tells me the same thing despite the evidence I sent them.
