XXXX calls in a row all at XXXX on XX/XX/2024. No message left even though I have verified my number with them and asked for verification letter. Verification letter sent does not match last balance. Asked for proof of purchase for debt but none was provided. MCM or Midland Credit Management , Inc. Is in violation of the XXXX call regulation as I understand it and is possibly using a VOIP to attempt more calls which numbers can't be confirmed due to no voice mail being left to identify themselves as MCM. This has been considered a form of harassment in the past and if allowed to proceed with these tactics can get worse.
