Purchased glasses from a XXXX company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) through PayPal. Started a dispute with them in XXXX through my bank to get money back being that it was debited from a wrong account. When I received glasses from XXXX from XXXX the lenses was not made properly and was told by XXXX to break glasses and send pictures if smashed glasses. I did. Still have not received refund from XXXX or PayPal and has been three months. Every time I call Paypal get a different response with nthing happening. I have smashed glasses and no money refund from either XXXX or PayPal.
