XXXX XXXX to out a line of credit to provide services at a residence. XXXX XXXX XXXX was the contract to recieve funds from Sunlight Financial. Which works with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX was aproved for up to {$70000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, Sunlight Financial released {$29000.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX. At XXXX : pm on XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX called and emailed Sunlight FinancialXXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to the unauthorized payment! It was an unlawful 2nd draw, which result to a {$60000.00} balance. Not only did the company release the funds! Sunlight Financial/XXXX XXXX XXXX is listed on XXXX XXXX credit report with the balance and interest is being charged. They have not solved the issue yet are collecting payments. Right now they have my file with there attoney is all I am getting!
