On XX/XX/24 I received a phone call from Wells Fargo that I have a fraudulent charge for XXXX dollars from XXXX XXXX. I disputed the charge with Wells Fargo and filed a claim. Also replaced my card. On XX/XX/24 Wells Fargo determined there was no error on this transaction and will not refund my money. I attempted to file another claim to dispute this and Wells Fargo said this is the final decision. Wells Fargo told me to contact the merchant via the phone number on the transaction and the phone number doesnt work. Wells Fargo told me to go to the merchants website which also doesnt work.
