In XX/XX/2024 I received the TD Auto statement. It showed that our XX/XX/2024 payment had not been received when my financial institution showed that TD Auto had received the payment and funds where withdrawn from my XXXX. My XXXX provided me with information showing that TD Auto had processed the payment. I provided TD Auto with copies of my XXXX XXXX communications with tracking number to show TD Auto had received the payment. I have contacted TD Auto at least six times and each TD Auto states " can't find payment. '' On XX/XX/2024 I submitted another payment for XXXX payment and TD Auto has charged late fees when my XXXX shows TD Auto has received and process the payment. TD Auto 's CSRs place me on hold and don't resolve the problem.
