I use Venmo to receive my direct deposits from my job. I tried to send money to my mother only to find my account was locked. This was after having run errands and using it all day for menial things like the dollar store and a fast food restaurant, however I did receive a transfer from the IRS, my federal returns, which may be relevant? But I had no warning. Nothing popped up on app, I didnt get the email they claimed they sent, nothing. So now they are holding just shy of {$200.00} of my funds and will not release them. I tried calling and they have no customer service you can speak to about account access issues.
