Received a letter form Mr Cooper saying that they had purchased my loan. When I called in to authenticate the agent said they could not proceed with out me revealing my personal information. I told them I did not have a loan with them and that I could not trust the letter nor the person at the other end because public records showed that both XXXX ( my current servicer ) and Mr Cooper were breached. The agent said they could not proceed as the process was rigid. I reminded her that the artifical agent had verified me already but she would not yield. Asking for someone with authority to by pass the process or use a different method did not help. At the end the agent cut off the call.
