The debt was originally with Climb Loans/XXXX I reached out to climb loanXXXX on XXXX XXXX to advise that I would like to pay the debt. I was advised that the loan was no longer with them and given to collection company XXXX XXXX. The loan was sent to the collection company XXXX XXXX. I paid the debt off on XX/XX/XXXX in full and was advised that XXXX XXXX would send a letter to delete the debt to all the reporting credit bureaus within 90 days of payment. I received a letter through email from XXXX on the date of payment XXXX XXXX that I paid the debt, that I will attach. As of XX/XX/XXXX the debt remains on credit report with XXXX. I called and spoke with XXXX at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was advised that they had sent communications to XXXX to delete the debit. I advised XXXX that the debt was still present and XXXX advised that I needed to deal with XXXX directly. I called and spoke with a rep at XXXX that same day as to which I was advised they had not received any documentation from XXXX XXXX. The account number of the debt is XXXX
