I have an account on my credit report from Wells Fargo auto that is not my account I have never applied for it and believe this account is identity theft or some type of fraud. I have been in touch with Wells Fargo on numerous occasions to have this account updated and removed from MY credit report I have already submitted FTC report and police report to them and they refuse to remove this account from my credit report they are violating my rights and I am now forced to have to take legal action against them.
