I filed a dispute with Chime on XX/XX/XXXX, regarding a personal trainer stealing my money. Originally I was set up to receive physical training services on XX/XX/XXXX. The physical trainer, XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX, assured me the funds ( {$340.00} ) were meant to come out the day before I started services. I needed to make a change in the start date, due to personal reasons. I reached out to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX to push back the start date. Shortly after that, I realized he already charged me the {$340.00} via XXXX, at XXXX XXXX. Considering the start date was set for XX/XX/XXXX, and I was supposed to be charged a day before, there was no reason whatsoever that he should've charged me on XX/XX/XXXX. After consistently calling and communicating back and forth with Chime regarding the dispute, I have yet to receive any assistance with obtaining my funds. I have shown proof that XXXX said he would refund me and then proceeded to start ignoring me. I have trusted Chime and have been a customer for several years, and Chime has done nothing to show me that they appreciate my patronage. Chime is supposed to protect its customer 's funds. That's what banks do. I need this situation to be remedied immediately. I'm not sure how Chime has allowed this to go on so long. I'm attaching screenshots of the communication between XXXX and me ( which I provided to Chime ) ; as well as proof that when I would reach out to Chime, they would respond via email and do absolutely nothing to assist me ( I've attached 6 of 12 communications that occurred between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ). I also attached a screenshot of my calls to Chime.
