XXXX XXXX Was attempting to reach a collections company. XXXX misrepresented themselves, posing as a collections agency. Following a very predatory and misleading conversation, they coerced me into signing what I thought was a contract to settle a debt. They instead enrolled me into their Monitoring service, XXXX, and the XXXX XXXX repair program and now refuse to cancel the accounts. This is illegal. I have requested a contact for process of service and a will be drafting a filing for DE district court. Please use whatever CFPB resources necessary to stop these people from additional predatory practices.
