Consumer Narrative

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is currently listing several FALSE late payments along with notations like " late 60 days '' and late 90 days, while this information is inaccurate and to no fault of my own, due to problems with my ongoing Financial Hardship. During XXXX I was struggling to make my mortgage payments, so I was instructed by FHA to contact XXXX XXXX for help / assistance. I depended upon XXXX XXXX to provide me with assistance, not to add to my already Stressful life, by reporting NEGATIVE information to the credit bureaus. I did not discover the late payments until I applied for a loan to try to get caught up on my payments. And when I attempted to contact XXXX XXXX several times about my account there was never any answer, just an automated recording that stated my call was being placed in a queue and someone would follow up. I NEVER received any courtesy call from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Further, when I did finally speak with someone, I was assured that my account would not be reported to any credit bureau agencies while the account was under a financial hardship, and they did just the opposite. I have made several attempts to get these NEGATIVE inquiries corrected, and have had no success in doing so. XXXX XXXX continues to state that these inaccuracies are accurate, but they are not!! My account was in a XXXX forbearance, and when the XXXX forbearance ended, the account went back into forbearance. While the account was in forbearance, I received assistance from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, who made payments on my account, which should have kept my account in a Positive status. After, the forbearance ended I was put on a REPAYMENT PLAN, where I was to make THREE consecutive payments before my account was to be considered for a PARTIAL CLAIM. I immediately started making the monthly payments as required, but because the first payment under the REPAYMENT PLAN was not made on the 1st of the month, ( but was paid before the end of the month and moreover, before 30 days of the next month ), it kicked me off of the REPAYMENT PLAN, and automatically went into " LATE '' status. However, NO ONE from XXXX XXXX EXPLAINED THE REPAYMENT PLAN PROCESS TO ME, nor DID ANYONE contact me DURING THIS TIME TO NOTIFY ME THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN TAKEN OFF OF THE REPAYMENT PLAN. I CALLED XXXX XXXX ABOUT AN UNRELATED ISSUE, AND AT THIS TIME IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION! At that time the representative told me to continue making payments, and if the account was reported to the credit bureaus, then file a dispute to have the negative reporting removed. I followed every step that they told me to do during the XXXX XXXX hardship process. Further, it wasn't until XXXX XXXX changed their system, that my account become further screwed up. I have said this multiple times in several letters and emails.
