I reached out to the credit XXXX and XXXX regarding this identity theft Acct being added back to my account. I was told by an manager at XXXX that XXXX provided them with evidence that the account is mine. When I asked to be supplied with the same information I was told that the information could not be provided to me and that the account would remain on my credit profile. On Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX I was given a number by the XXXX manager to call XXXX at XXXX. I spoke with a manager there who informed me that the account was actually not mine and the information that had not matched. The manager at XXXX stated that this was a business account I am not a business owner. Mailing, Phone or email. I was told that they would reach out to the bureaus to have this information removed from my account. Yet it has been added back again today. I have been a victim of Identity theft back in XXXX. I have had an Identity alert on my account for $ years now. And all of sudden an account that is 3 years old from an business is reflecting on my account
