On XX/XX/year> there where 3 charges on my card that I did not make. They where all for prepaid cards. 2 with T-Mobile for {$43.00} and 1 with XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$42.00}. All for prepaid phone cards. I reported this to my credit card company and they sent me a letter back holding me responsible. This is not the 1st time I've had faulty charges with this company. The first time was about a year ago and the merchant was XXXX XXXX. I had to fight tooth and nail to get this claim covered because like on this one they held me responsible! The reason they gave was that the merchandise that was bought fraudulently on this card was delivered to my address! THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE! I did the leg work and found out the address the merchandise got delivered to from a XXXX XXXX employee was an address in XXXX! I live in XXXX! These people do not care about their clients and look at us as nothing more than an income! They do no leg work when you file a claim and immediately deny the claim and tell me the only way to open the case back up is with overwhelming evidence that I did not make this purchase! Please tell me what kind of evidence a person could have when information is stolen and fraudulent purchases are made? This is totally ridiculous!
