Morning, XXXX XXXX sold our account to Selene Finance, the worst company we have ever dealt with. Long story short, we were behind XXXX payments, called to pay and they wanted XXXX payments even though next month not due yet. This went on, we had {$9000.00} dollars to give, they refused, house went to pre-forclosure, had to file bankruptcy XXXX to keep house. NOW they have a memo when we sign into our account that our payment has increased by {$100.00} with no explanation!! It just went up XX/XX/2023! We will NO LONGER deal or contact them as right hand doesn't know what left hand doing, plus they refuse to put a supervisor on the line. MANY, MANY complaints on XXXX and their website. Please help, we are strapped and now attorney needs to redo our payment plan, we just can't do it!
