In XXXX of 2024 I contacted all three credit bureaus regarding inaccurate information that was reflecting on my credit report from my car insurance company. I provided all three bureaus with payment receipts showing that my policy was paid on time during my contract. After speaking to superviors from XXXX and XXXX the account for XXXX XXXX XXXX was removed. However, after speaking to a superviosr from TransUnion who assured me that the account who be removed, it has yet to be removed. As I am in the underwriting process this is causing a tremendous roadblock in my homebuying process. To date, I have not received a reply from TransUnion and this account is still currently negatively impacting my score. I have made several attempts to rectify this issue with TransUnion and have yet to receive a response within a resonable amount of time.
