I have submitted 2 previous complaints regarding the internal block Transunion has on my right to access my right to dispute and view my Transunion credit report on line. This matter has hindered my ability to also have an account timely monitored and disputed. My first complaint was filed on XX/XX/year> and the company replied. As of todays date, Transunion has not followed thru with any of the steps stated. See attached.
