My loan was sold by XXXX to Mr. Cooper and just after they got it they had a security breach. Now, today, I'm trying to get into my account to get my tax information ( getting my taxes done tomorrow ) and their website is down. App is also down. I called to ask if they could email the info which she did, but because the site is down I can't access it! So frustrating! I am really concerned about this company now - how secure are they and do I need to continue to worry about my information? All the other mortgages I've had in the past always sent a physical form for taxes - I got one from XXXX, but they don't. Makes things very difficult.
