Took out a loan on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX TX. The loan for {$7000.00} Was for treatments for XXXX. The total amount is due by XX/XX/XXXX. Payable to Momnt loans located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX. The loan itself was issued by XXXX XXXX. The primary company for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX XXXX XXXX. After getting the first treatment of 12 promised I realized there isn't any medical staff at the clinic that's was located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Tx XXXX. However I went a few times for treatment then got suspicious of operations of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then one day they just closed the clinic with no notice.On top of that the treatments were worthless. However now Momnt loans wants me to pay The {$7000.00} debt by XX/XX/XXXX, or I will then owe {$9200.00}, after that date. I'm not paying for this fraudulent company that did not deliver on anything they promised. Momnt loans is the services for XXXX XXXX and both should be investigated for fraudulent practices.
