The collection agency under the name of LVNV Funding LLC contacted someone I know regarding a XXXX XXXX Bank account of mine that was sold to LVNV without my knowing, consent, or authorization. They sent an email to this person which disclosed personal information of mine and regarding the debt owed. They added this persons email address to their contact list for my account without my knowing, consent, or authorization. I have a screenshot of the email that was sent to the unauthorized address and person.
