XXXX sold my loan to " Mr. Cooper '' loans. I paid my mortgage on time to Mr. Cooper mortgage loans. I have proof of cancelled check, and their endorsement on the back of the check, and I have even called my bank and was verified it was paid. I have contacted Mr. Cooper loans and spoke to a customer service rep who told me to send my copied check to an e-mail address for them to get back to me about. I just received a typical, " we received you information and will respond in time '', response back. The only responses I am getting are phone calls from collections to my place of business, e-mails reminding me I need to pay my XXXX mortgage etc. and more e-mails asking me to go to their website and see letters telling me to pay my XXXX mortgage! I am being harassed for their mistakes!!
