Respected Sir / Mam, I received response towards my complaint. Wells Fargo Bank need more time to investigate. One month has passed. Bank needs more time to investigate. Wells Fargo bank first decide to close my account and they take action on this and my account is closed. From mobile banking app automatically my checking account details are erased along with statement. In fraction of seconds I dont have any proof of my checking account existence. All my transactions are erased with informing. Past payments proof also I can not prove if any problem arise. Wells Fargo bank refuse to believe me that on XXXX XXXX I had made deposit in my account. Wells Fargo clearly mentioned that their system shows no deposits were made in my checking account and refused to take my complaint. After 2 days of struggle and tension I finally was able to get hold of the proof and receipt of my deposits and provide the bank. After that Wells Fargo took my complaint and then they started their investigating. I provided deposit receipt to Wells Fargo which they can not deny about the money deposited in my account. They closed my complaint and the reason they mentioned : Wells Fargo after investigation took decision that there were no extra money found in the atm and the system was functioning properly. They have checked with the branch also where the money was deposited and found no extra money. So they favored the case to themself and closed my complaint. Then I complaint this matter to the CFPB and then again my complaint was registered. Wells Fargo bank send me check of {$770.00} and {$270.00}. The money which I deposited on XXXX XX/XX/year> was the only money I had in total. Not even a penny extra in pocket or at home. My daughter I give pocket money and she had XXXX $ with her which we had to used in gas and grocery. My work I dont get paid daily basis. My rent money was deposited in the bank. My last month rent still pending. My current month rent I dont know how to pay? I am not going for my work as my needs now has become on daily basis. I have to search work on day to day basis so that I get daily income to feed my family. We dont have any support here in USA and can not get a loan We had savings but XXXX XXXX has made us handicap. With lots of difficulties and struggle and pain we some how from being homeless we rented a room and work hard to come in comfort zone of getting sheltered. Now we have to face challenges from our landlord. I some how managed to get day to day work and survived and took small loans of XXXX and XXXX from people whom I know with high interest. I have no idea if my position at work is still available for me? I dont have gas money to put in my car. My phone number is disconnected as I can not recharge my monthly plan. If I dont get money today then I can not buy grocery. This message I am able to send due to WIFI. Bank received the deposit receipt Bank accepted that deposit were made in my account but the money is missing. XXXX XXXX my account was closed by the bank and XXXX XXXX I did transaction from my blocked debit card from this same close account and It was successful ( this is Wells Fargo bank system )
