Vehicle was a total loss and insurance company and Gap insurance paid off what I had seen on XXXX XXXX XXXX website there was XXXX Dollars due. 3 months later I got a phone call from lender stating there was still a outstanding balance on loan. I told them I have never made a payment late and was not aware of any outstanding due and on the website shows nothing was due. I needed a few weeks to come up with the money and was told I would not have a negative remark on my credit report After paying amount in full MY CREDIT REPORT SHOWS CHARGE OFF PAID IN FULL. I DISAGREE WITH THAT ON MY CREDIT REPORT I PAID IT IN FULL
