On XX/XX/2024 I received my Social Security deposit of {$1600.00} to CHIME I was sent an email saying it was in my account. So I logged in and saw it. I went to transfer money to another account and it would not go. So I went back into accounts and saw my money was gone. I called customer service at XXXX and asked where my money went? She asked if I just made a transaction and I replied no! I saw it went to XXXX XXXX. I called back and explained I did not withdraw anything she told me you file a dispute I saw the money was only " pending '' and why they could not stop it? she said that's not how it works and it will take up to 45 days to get a credit. I explained I needed it now she did not care. So I called XXXX and they said they could stop it from being used my debit card and would contact XXXX XXXX XXXX also. I called back 5 times to see what else they could do and they said there was nothing else that could be done.
