I am filing this complaint to notify you of fraudulent accounts on my credit report. I will be following up with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and filing a civil lawsuit for defamation of character because it is your duty to report accurate information. The following accounts listed below are fraudulent and I request that the information be blocked from my report. Under Section XXXX of the FCRA, I meet all the requirements for a block of the fraudulent information on my report. My identification which is attached to this letter, a copy of my identity theft report which is also attached, the information that I request to be blocked is listed below. This information is not relating to any transaction of mine. The accounts that are fraudulent on my report are listed below. I have also attached a Notarized letter stating it is in fact me sending out this dispute. This letter will be sent certified with signature. I expect that the accounts be blocked within 4 days of receipt. It is illegal to do what you are doing to us consumers.
