This is to add on to my other XXXX complaints with Navy Federal Credit Union. So my minimum payment balance increased last month from {$150.00} to {$160.00}. I converted my reward points to cash to add to my balance for that month. I used my rewards to lower the balance of the {$160.00} down to {$88.00}. I did not know that by converting my rewards into cash to pay down the balance, that I would still owe {$160.00} and change still. So today, Navy Federal Credit Union sends me an email stating that they notice that in the past XXXX days that I have spent {$130.00} on my streaming services. Implying that if I got rid of my streaming services that I should have enough to pay on my credit card every month. Not mentioning that every XXXX days they are taking on {$100.00} of interest fees to purchases made in the past. Now this to me is a form a gaslighting because no matter how you cut it, I still wouldn't be able to play catch up with interest fees every XXXX days. And then they want to get back to me in XXXX days? This is unacceptable because there will still be more interest fees that I will incur.
