Hello, I am writing concerned and distressed that someone has used my identity to obtain a card from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX which is a old business name. The problem with this ccount is I was XXXX and I have proof of my XXXX. I have disputed this account multiple times and it leaves me no choice. My XXXX is so intense that I was not allowed during that time to use my credit at all and was being XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am asking for Arbitration as my attorney will represent me but I am seeking damages after my XXXX is proving I am seeking my attorney fee 's of {$4000.00} and {$2000.00} for my distress for having to deal with somethiing that I did not do. I also have my old XXXX XXXX as a witness to prove this was not me. I have froze my credit and filed a report with identity theft.gov.As large as XXXX XXXX is they should have some type protection for consumers to prevent this from happening. I am requesting a response asap. I have already paid the retainer for my Attorney and can forward it over if needed. Please correct this issue urgently. {$2400.00} is the balance
