They are messing up our loan. Saying we didnt pay them. They sold our mortgage to another company. Now this company doesnt have any representatives. No real people to talk to I can do anything with these people. There is no help at all. Im completely disgusted with this company. Cross country mortgage has really messed up and then they dont have anyone to help. Only automated, its very frustrating!
