This loan was established in XX/XX/2023 ( approximately XX/XX/2023 ) for XXXX treatment via XXXX XXXX XXXX. The loan was marketed as a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX payment plan and is managed by Healthcare Finance Direct. XXXX XXXX XXXX has materially breached our contract for XXXX services. Recently, XXXX XXXX XXXX filed for bankruptcy protection. According to my former XXXX XXXX XXXX treating provider, XXXX XXXX XXXX is no longer a legal entity. All global operations have been shut down. In addition, XXXX treatment is no longer available. What's more, I have been advised by my former treating provider to cease any current treatment under the XXXX XXXX XXXX plan and seek treatment with a local provider. As stated above, this a material contract breach. As such, Healthcare Finance Direct is not entitled to collect any further payments on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. If Healthcare Finance DirecXXXX continues collection efforts, I will file an additional complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney Generals Office and/or file suit in state court to obtain injunctive relief to stop any further collections and damages. I am attaching emails from my former XXXX XXXX XXXX treating provider as well as notices from XXXX XXXX XXXX and Healthcare Finance Direct.
