StartingXX/XX/2022 discover sent me a request for my tax returns all IDs and XXXX months worth of bank statements from every account that I had and they needed to be notarized. Not only did they send it to me in an email but they also sent it to me to me through the US Post Service. My card was not usable at this time until I would submit all of this information and if I didnt, the card was gon na be closed in 14 days. With that being said, discover, then enlisted, the assistance of XXXX were then inXX/XX/2022 on the XXXX as well XXXX started sending me harassing information that was due by XX/XX/2022, and they were doing this on behalf of discover financial services. At no point in time was I asking for an increase. At no point in time do I feel that discover had the right to enlist the assistance of XXXX and I feel that my personal credit information has been violated by discover when they went in and made this request.
