I tried to contact plaza services and was given false information and they have something on my credit report that is fraud and not mine and I have tried to take care of the issue with them to clear it but I am always greeted by a rude call taker that is not listening to what I am saying. Furthermore this is a violation of the consumer laws especially 15 U.S. code 1601c. I did not authorize this and this debt doesn't match my information at all.
