I are writing to bring to your attention a billing error related to our account, as governed by the provisions outlined in 15 U.S. Code 1666 and 12 CFR Part 1026 Regulation Z. This billing error dispute encompasses past, current, and future Certificate of Indebtedness transactions associated with the contract in place between XXXX XXXX and Regional Finance regarding my account. It has come to our attention that there has been a failure to credit our account for the Certificate of Indebtedness, particularly concerning dividend payments derived from our treasury coupon. Despite Regional Finance benefiting from dividend payments related to this certificate, a corresponding credit has not been applied to our account from the dividend payments that Regional Finance made off our treasury coupon. Moreover, this discrepancy XXXX be in violation of the regulations set forth in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which governs certain aspects of credit transactions, including billing errors. We would appreciate a thorough review of our account to ensure compliance with these regulations. Additionally, we would like to highlight a non-compliance with the XXXX Funds Transfer Act ( XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) in the crediting process. Specifically, interest accrued from our treasury coupon, as outlined by the aforementioned XXXX, has not been duly credited to our account through the appropriate channels. We are confident that XXXX XXXX values its commitment to adhering to federal regulations and ensuring transparency in all financial transactions. As such, we kindly request a thorough review of our account to rectify the billing error promptly.
