Citizen Bank has an account that is attached to my credit score that was opened in XX/XX/2023. The address and phone number are not mine, the account is not mine. The loan type is a credit card which I do not have an account with them. The amount on the credit card is {$15000.00}, where there are missing payment. I filed a dispute which Citizens denied which I do not understand since this is fraud and not my account. This account is attached to my maiden name not married last name. The person who opened this account lives in MA while I live in XXXX. I need to get this removed from credit report and name since this is drastically lowering my credit score.
