I request that you conduct a thorough re-investigation of this account and provide me with the following information to validate the debt : 1. A copy of the original signed contract or agreement between myself and the original creditor. 2. An itemized statement of the account, including the principal amount, any interest, fees, or charges applied. 3. Proof that the collection agency is legally authorized to collect this debt on behalf of the original creditor in the STATE of GEORGIA. 4. Proof that I have a contract with LVNV FUNDING LLC bearing my signature... .I am not liable for the debt with XXXX XXXX. I do not have a contract with Lvnv Funding LLC. When I requested they provide me with original contract, they did not provide one. I have been subjected to harassment ( per 1692 d ) through mail, emails, and phone calls per ( 1692 d ( 5 ), and a sheriff has even been dispatched to my address to serve court papers for debt that is not mines. As outlined by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I expect you to cease all collection activities related to this disputed debt until its validity is confirmed. The actions of XXXX XXXX and LVNV FUNDING LLC are in violation of consumer protection laws, specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. 1692, et seq. and FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists. Pursuant to 18 USC 8, i owe no debt. This company is violating my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681b 2.company has also NO permission to report ANYTHING using my info pursuant to 15USC 1681 4.
