Paradigm Asset Recovery LLC violated the FCRA and I intend apon seeking a Public Right of action against them. They entered XXXX my private property affixing a fraudulent Court documents in plainview for all of my neighbors to see as well as my children stating they had obtained from the XXXX XXXX courthouse a judges signature with a Order Regarding Alternative Service that proof was swore to by a XXXX XXXX a representative of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX at the bequest of Paradigm Asset Recovery under penalty of perjury stating its contents were true! I went to the courthouse and have copies of said fraudulent documents that WERE INDEED NOT SIGNED BY THE JUDGE ORDERING ALTERNATIVE SERVICE but quite the CONTRARY the motion was DENIED! Paradigm Asset Recovery and its attorneys then took their fraudulent document they affixed on my private property and filed a Proof of SERVICE! All of which is completely illegal! I am now waiting for the judgment they fraudulent obtained through the courts with their illegal actions to file a personal injury suit! Not to mention I deny all knowledge of the debt they were even trying to collect! AND THE SIX YEAR STATUE OF LIMITATIONS TO COLLECT A DEBT IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN HAS EXPIRED per the XXXX report I obtained and had this FRAUD against me had not occurred a judgement ( which im assuming they received ) would not of been possible! I deny any and all knowledge of said debt and your actions are unscrupulous your tactics deplorable and you behavior irreplaceable damange has occurred on the part of Paradigm and its attorneys!
