I purchased credit protection. Credit protection was approved on XX/XX/2024 due to unemployment, yet Aspire has been destroying my credit score since credit protection was approved on XX/XX/2024. I was advised that this the way Aspire 's credit protection functions. XXXX advised me that any over the limit amount or past due amount will be reported to the credit bureaus until the cardholder pays the past due balance. XXXX advised me that Aspire will cover the minimum amount due and that is all. I was very upset and I asked XXXX why Is Aspire misleading and lying to their cardholders? XXXX did not answer any of my questions and would not transfer me to a supervisor or XXXX. I could not believe what my ears were hearing ... .. that my credit and credit score will continue to be hurt while credit protection is approved and in effect. Aspire is lying to their cardholders
