I applied for a personal loan at Southern Finance XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX for {$1700.00} Contract # XXXX. She asked my Name, SS #, address, Phone Number, etc. and what kind of Car I drove. Once the application was completed she asked that I move to another cubicle to view the contract on another computer screen so as to sign it as she scrolled through it rapidly. I asked for a printed copy. She said we could do it on line. I since have found out she listed my Automobile a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on this loan in the Security Agreement, turning it into an Auto Loan where I applied for a Personal Loan. This Auto is financed at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who holds the title. She has created a XXXX mortgage on my automobile. I met with XXXX XXXX Branch Manager 3 days ago and she would not remove the Auto from the loan, or reissue the citing I could only have XXXX loan with them. She was incredibly difficult to deal with. I called their home office at XXXX speaking with XXXX filing a report on this XXXX mortgage auto loan created by their branch who refused to remove my Auto from the personal loan I applied for. He said I would hear from a Regional Rep in a few days. These people would steal your eye balls from your sockets while you talked to them!
