Exact story, as written in my letter sent yesterday to the attourney general 's office after a month of dispute and abuse from PayPal, and taking money from me that was from my bank unauthorized ( explains everything ) : Your honor, I know you probably get messages like this all the time and probably won't read this. I write this to stand up for the hundreds of hard working individuals like myself who have been robbed by large corporations for greed and personal benefit while we struggle to get by. I beat a case with your help against XXXX a few months back in which they breached contract and refused to fulfill despite all the evidence presented. With your help they backed down and I am forever grateful. My name is XXXX XXXX, I am a XXXX XXXX native who was robbed {$800.00} by PayPal on XX/XX/XXXX, without any fraud intervention from PayPal from suspicious emails withdrawing and changing data from my account, and have debited, not credited, my account forcing me to pay them {$800.00} which was wrongfully, and clearly stolen from me. In a span of 10 minutes at XXXX in the morning ( approx ) on XX/XX/2024, I had all my cards removed from my account, my name changed, money sent to three XXXX emails that were encoded numbers and do not exist, without a single fraud warning or dual factor authentification warning. I woke up to - {$500.00} in my XXXX XXXX checking account and was horrified. I contacted customer support, they initially said the transactions were valid, even thouh my XXXX, and PayPal name were changed without any ID verification, which I believe is illegal and I have evidence of them referring to me as " XXXX XXXX '' not " XXXX '' after the hackers tried to reset my data and I was locked from my account. I then managed to get in, and MYSELF was asked to submit dual factor, and recieved a fraud email five hours after the event when I myself logged in. I was also asked to submit a photo of my passport to change my name back, and even my profile picture and bio were changed. I still lost the case with them, and they gave me a - {$500.00} balance, and refunds from other purchases, outside of PayPal, have been stolen by them to " recover what I used '' when their terms directly state that refunds are to be paid out to their original payment method ... which was my bank. I have evidence of all of this and would really like to submit it if you'd give me the chance. I don't email you about my money, I seek justice and am an activist against large corporation greed and robbery against the people who barely get by like me. Regardless of color, in our nation today the wealth divide is obvious, and corporations like PayPal are the reason why. They rob in broad daylight, and get away with it because they think we can't speak. A few months back i submitted a case against XXXX to you as well, forcing them to refund myself alongside several others who were lied to despite physical evidence and breach of contract. I have all documents against PayPal, and just want our voices heard. I stand up for the many people who have been robbed, but don't have the strength to fight against a giant like them. I see myself as a David vs. Goliath type if story, and seriously am honored if my voice is heard by you once again. I admire your work and hearing our voices, and I would love to have it heard as well once again as well. They deserve a fair penalty as they continue to blatantly steal while we struggle. They take from us, hide it from the law through their corruption, and have done this for years. Attached below are company executive emails I managed to obtain, I hope it helps.
